Vaginal Ultrasound:

We currently have 8 follicles. 5 on the right side, 3 on the left. We have 3 that are large and around the same size, 4 that are about 2 days behind the first 3 and 1 that is a couple days behind that. So even though we have 8, as of now, only 3 will possibly ovulate. My lining is thinner than I think they like, so I think they are going to switch how I am taking my Estradiol. Won’t find out until our lovely nurse Amy calls us tonight.

Hysterosalpingogram (HSG):

My tubes are all open and willing to carry an egg. So we are totally good and ready to go. It was a slightly uncomfortable procedure, but it wasn’t to bad. The worst part was afterwards when they finished and I stood up off the table only to be bent over due to cramps. It was horrible. They were just as bad as my worst ever menstrual cramps. But it was all worth it to know that these procedures aren’t all for naught.

So we wait until the nurse calls tonight and we see what is next in our bag of goodies.
