Our neighbors gave us a power wheels jeep for Edward. The only thing was that it didn’t have batteries. For his birthday he finally got some batteries. We charged them up and then let him go! He was super excited.

It was a beautiful day when we got back from our walk, so we spent some time in the backyard hanging out.
We do Monday morning walks with the mom’s group. Since Lorna was in town, we did the Scriber Creek Walk which turned out to be a really nice walk. We really liked it. Edward loved sitting on the dock and watching all of the ducks.
We had a great birthday party for our little man. It had a Goldfish Theme since it was Edward’s Golden Birthday (He turned two on the 2nd). It was a nice little gathering and once again, I overdid myself, but I am super happy with how things turned out.

We did a baked potato bar. It was quick and easy since we had a crowd and wanted something easy that we didn’t have to keep focusing on.

Grammy came out to visit shortly before Edward’s party and was able to spend some time with him. Edward and her had lots of fun playing, singing and dancing. I don’t know who wore who out faster. I think Edward might of won, but it was sure close.

Grammy brought a lot of Cherries over from Eastern Washington, so I got to spend a chunk of time pitting cherries.
