While we were in Vancouver, we headed down to Stanley Park and went to the Vancouver Aquarium. It was Edward’s first time at an Aquarium and he absolutely loved it! He was a little frazzled with us since we were trying to keep up with everyone else and only had a couple hours to do it, so we kept pushing him along. We didn’t even get to see everything. We have talked about taking him back there again when we have more time to do things.

For the 4th of July, the Washington Scottish Pipe Band played in the Bothell parade. After the parade, they had a BBQ in a nearby park. We had fun chilling out at the BBQ and then afterwards, we took a little bike ride along the Centennial Trail.

25 months. Not much more than 2, but growing in leaps and bounds. He loves his toys and playing with his puzzles. He loves doing the ABC’s. Pretty much everything that he did at 2 years. He loves to copy everything that Daddy does. He practices the bagpipe chanter and marches. He likes to cut everything. We mention that we need something cut and he runs out into his playroom and gets his plastic knife and tries to help.
Our first Highland Games of this summer was the Tacoma Games. We were super excited to go and Edward was looking forward to hearing the Bagpipes and the drums.
